• Seamen Visa arrangements for crew joining/ disembarking.
• Meet/ greet /assistance & safe transportation services to crew at the Airports and at the Ports of vessels call. Handle necessary formalities at the immigration & Customs formalities.
• Timely SMS (short message service) update to the PIC of Owners/ Managers on the crew movements.
• Provide medical assistance for the crew with certified doctors on board & ashore, ambulance services & Admittance at certified /referral hospitals. Air Ambulance services.
• Arrange shore passes for crew going on shore leave. • Arrange medical examination for crew for renewal of seamen book as per flag state requirement.
