• Declare vessel schedule at the port with the no. of calls for the season with ETA & ETD. • Meeting the port officials on behalf of the principal and confirm all arrangements well in advance.
• Processing the boarding cards for the passengers and crew to facilitate to go out of the port for their excursion.
• Arrange gate passes for the tour operators with vehicle passes.
• Arrange stores, spares for the vessel.
• Make sure all passengers and crew return onboard the vessel before departure, as per passenger manifest.
• Hand over “Port Clearance” to the vessel before departure.
