• Declaring the vessel to the Port Authorities on vessel arrival at Anchorage/ Alongside.
• Process necessary ISPS documents and submitting to the port prior to vessel arrival so that the vessel can carry out the operations at Anchorage/ at Berth.
• Coordinating with the vessel for her ETA and inform the port accordingly with notice of Arrival.
• Arranging Launch/ Service boats to carry Provisions/ Stores/ Spares/ supt./Surveyors/ Crew, Etc., as and when required.
• Arrange collection of garbage, medical waste, sludge with disposal certificate at anchorage and alongside.
• Clearance & Logistics of spares in transit from the Airport and connecting to the vessel & vice versa.
• Arrange supply of Fresh Water at anchorage and alongside calls
