• Declare vessel arrival information to the Port Control & terminals. • Coordinate with the port / terminal and confirm berth.
• Coordinate with ship to prepare ISPS documents and submit to the port.
• Arrange pilot and tugs for berthing and un berthing operation.
• Board the vessel at the time of arrival alongside berths and coordinate with master, terminal and port on the cargo loading /offloading sequence.
• Round the clock availability onboard and supervise loading and protect Owner's/ principal's interest.
• Prepare cargo documents after completion of cargo operation, final survey and coordinate with master to get sign/stamp and send soft copy of the same to the principals.
• Arrange “Port Clearance” and place on board / to the Master and prepare for sailing of the vessel for timely departure.
